Living in a FEMA trailer

They are everywhere in the city. Trailers are tucked into driveways, across front yards, several in a parking lot. Everywhere but in the street.

Consider life inside a 240 square foot aluminum box. It is cramped!

FEMA recommends keeping a weather radio with alarm tuned to the National Weather Service at all times so you can get out of the box if severe weather threatens.

FEMA recommends that you do not have parties in the trailer.

They cost as much as a Katrina Kottage, but shouldn't. If FEMA contracted for the Kottages they would undoubtly cost much, much more.
