You'll need some photos and some ideas but they offer plenty of templates that will get you started. They can register a domain name (something like "yourchoice.com"). It takes a couple of days for your new name to become available on the internet but they'll give you a temporary name to use while you wait for your permanent home to be ready.

You'll get a gigabyte of storage space (which is enough for thousands of pictures and millions of words), some email accounts and you'll be able to tell everyone about your presence on the web. It will look good and you will be able to update it as much as you want. Not a bad deal for $87 a year and a few hours of your time or if you are lucky, your nephew's time. If you find you need more they have a couple of upgrades including MSSQL database, ecommerce,  portals, discussion boards and the like. It will increase your annual cost to $150 and you'll invest considerably more of your time to get it to work. They can also offer custom programming in the $300-700 range for various packages like ecommerce. ( There are lots of other hosting services offering essentially the same thing. Some are better than W4L in service and stability and can handle thousands of user connections simultaneously. But you'll have to pay more. )
