Observed Sea Surface Temperature trend in the North Atlantic. The one degree Farenheit oscillation with a period of 60-80 years, has been observed for the past 150 years and is believed to have been occurring for at least 1,000 years.

AMO correlates well to increased hurricane activity. The latest warming trend started in 1995 and would extend until 2025.
