This is a really tough area and right in the center of the city. Thoroughly flooded, almost everything needs to be fixed. Planners have chosen to focus on projects rather than themes.

I am concerned about their choices. This is an area that we should avoid. It is fully contained within the old "back swamp."  Moving out is unlikely because 39,000 people still call it home.

It flooded in 1849. It floods when it rains hard. It flooded in Katrina. It will flood again.
