The Criminal Clerk of Court is supposed to organize criminal court proceedings, protect evidence and organize elections.

Arthur Morell, lawyer, state representative, and green beret,  husband of Cynthia Hedge-Morell (District C council member) was elected Criminal Clerk of Court in the May, 2006 elections. He replaces Kimberly Williamson-Butler.

I wonder what he'll do about those drapes?
