Comments will be published as soon as they are posted but will only be viewable by the poster (current capability) and others who subscribe to the poster's comments. Editors will still have to review posted comments and release them to the entire user base.

To implement this change we are adding a subscription capability whereby a user may subscribe to other user's comments. Email and RSS notification sure to follow.

We are also adding the capability to review all the comments posted on a given day.

We are also adding the ability for a user to recommend a comment for others to review. The most recommended current comments will appear on a most recommended list.
