Whew! What a month.

Men in dresses headed by Bobby Hebert honor Buddy D's memory. Landrieu's election Mayor on the 6th is totally eclipsed when the Saints become Superbowl Champs the very next day. Drew Brees becomes MVP. Tracy Porter is the unlikely hero, again! The Saints Parade rolls on Lombardi Gras. The day will be known as (Who) Dat Tuesday.  Brees reigns again as Bacchus on Valentines Day. Presidents day slips though the cracks almost unnoticed on Lundi Gras. Then Mardi Gras dawns! Glorious weather brings out the biggest crowds since Katrina.

What a glorious month, glorious city. We can hold the serious stuff for another day. Laissez les bon temps rouler.
