Rep William Jefferson D

Although I live in his highly gerrymandered district, I was never represented by this man.

First elected in 1990 he was reelected for his ninth term in 2006 before finally being defeated in 2008 by Anh Cao. "Dollar Bill" was in Congress far too long.

Through the power of Congress he created a corrupt local political machine and dynasty that is only slowly being rooted out.

I wish I could be represented in Congress, but that's an entirely different issue.
