Affirmative Action seems to award points if you make an effort to employ the protected classes. It also requires employers to maintain records about the race of employees and applicants.

: Managers in major corporations receive diversity training to acquaint them with some of the legal requirements of their jobs. The training protects the corporation. It protects the managers themselves if they apply the lessons well.
